We want you to love your en route jewelry, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the jewelry in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
